 .Our commitment to cleanliness.

.Check in / check out times

The safety of our guests is always our highest priority. Here's what we're doing to ensure that our

vacation rentals meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning (these health safety measures
include but are not limited to):
Up-to-date with the latest guidelines.
We're actively monitoring the situation based on updates from the World Health Organization, and
the UK GOVERNMENT for Disease Control & Prevention, and will continue to respond based on the

best advice of governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals.
Quality assurance and maintenance.
Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each
guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine
preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke
and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.
EPA-registered cleaning products.
All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that
causes COVID-19.
Trained Professionals.
Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon
their craft.
Correct PPE Usage.
All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals.
Linens and bedding
All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance

with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by
bagging dirty linen during transport.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting.
Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all
items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs
table tops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitised soft surfaces and
upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware,
between arrivals.
HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE.

Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized.
We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public
health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly
sanitised and also the correct pH level. In order to keep any risks to a minimum.
Does a hot tub kill the coronavirus?
COVID-19 is not technically a living organism and therefore cannot be 'killed' as such. Advice from
both BISHTA and a USA-based equivalent suggests that the coronavirus would in fact be deactivated
in correctly sanitised water that is at the correct pH level.
What should I do to be safe?
This advice should really be followed at all times when using your hot tub, not just during this
pandemic. Anybody using the hot tub should shower thoroughly before bathing, removing any
pollutants on your body - make-up, hair products, sun cream, etc. This is good not just for your own
health and the health of your bathers, but also for keeping your water chemistry balanced. This will
allow the chlorine in your hot tub to kill bacteria in the water more effectively, which is it's job.

.Check in / check out times.
The strict new check-in, check-out times must be adhered too. Unfortunately they will be no
allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs
Check in time is after 4pm
Check out time is before 9:30am.
